In the afternoon hours of this Friday, November 15, while many citizens were preparing to watch the match between the Colombian National Team and Uruguay, in the middle of the fortnight, multiple users on social networks reported failures on the platforms, preventing access to your accounts and your money. Even, due to the number of reports, “Nequi” was a trend on X for several hours.

According to users, since this afternoon they have not been able to access their accounts, Well, when you try to open the application, an image appears that says “We are working to be available again as quickly as possible. We apologize!” In addition, some have reported problems with sending money through Transfiya, since after several hours it is not reflected in its destination.
So far, Bancolombia has not commented on the reasons for the failures, and although Nequi has not done so either, on social networks it has responded to some users who are working to resolve the problems.
“Hello Michael! At this moment we are reviewing what is happening with our Nequi app. We are working to fix it quickly,” says one of Nequi’s comments to one of the reports.
