Economy Minister Sergio Massaratified this Saturday that he summoned those responsible for the administration of ministries for Tuesday to give them the programming until the end of the yearso that they know investment priorities and spending ceilings, among other decisions.

In a thread of messages on Twitter, Massa made “a report on these first 48 hours with the idea that, beyond any third-party speculation, they know what we are doing and how we are progressing.”

“We have summoned for Tuesday all those responsible for the administration of ministries to give them the programming until the end of the year, so that they know the investment priorities and the spending ceilings,” he said.

According to the head of the Palacio de Hacienda, “we have already communicated both decisions; there will be no more issuance for financing until the end of the year and on Monday we will begin refunds to the Central Bank.”

“We started, in coordination with all sectors of the public administration, setting limits on the entry of personnel, and as of September 1, each sworn statement must be published with public access on the Indec page,” he added.

On the other hand, it revealed that “each area was notified of the regime’s operation.”

“Consumption caps are added to segmentation to promote resource savings and a more progressive system of subsidies,” he stressed.

And he highlighted: “Those who consume less or less income have less pay, whoever consumes more or has more income, pays more.”

According to Massa, “the subsidy segmentation and ceiling will have a federal criterion with climate understanding.”

For this reason, he specified, the entry into force will be by sector and zone, and will be informed on Thursday by the Secretary of Energy.

In the case of water, he indicated, it will take effect from September 1.

“If we save water and energy, and order the subsidy distribution system, protecting the social tariff, the State will save $500,000 million a year,” he estimated.

On the other hand, He recalled that he raised to the Presidency the decree of the first of the regimes linked to the hydrocarbon sector.

“Increasing our exports in this sector is key in a world that is experiencing a fierce energy crisis,” he emphasized.
