“They are displaced from the district of El Diamante where yesterday morning groups outside the law had clashes and murdered a couple who allegedly belong to the Gaitanista Self-Defense Forces, this causes the community to be forced to leave for fear of reprisals. He added that “there are aerial inspections, the presence of groups outside the law, right now there is a balance of more than 100 people, almost the entire district is displaced, it is a small population.
