During the reading of the sentence, this Wednesday, November 26, Judge Fernanda Ayasta Nassif determined that Vizcarra Cornejo accepted bribes in both works. The sentence was established by adding the sentences of 6 and 8 years corresponding to each case.
The court determined that, although Vizcarra actively participated in the hearings, due to the high position he held during the period in which the bribes occurred and the seriousness of the crimes charged, his sentence must be effective and carried out immediately.
