The former President of the Republic, Martín Vizcarra, arrived at the main headquarters of the Public Ministry, located on Abancay Avenue, to offer his statements in the framework of the investigation that is being carried out for the alleged crime of incompatible negotiation in the Obrainsa case.
It should be noted that this Wednesday, November 9, marks two years since the former president’s vacancy due to the accusations against him for acts of corruption that would have occurred during his tenure as regional governor of Moquegua between 2011 and 2014. According to the declaration of effective collaborators, The former head of state would have received, in exchange for works, two bribes for a total amount of US$650,000, from ICCGSA-Incot and Obrainsa-Astaldi, companies related to the Lava Jato case.
