Marko Cortés urges PAN senators to stop the electoral reform

The fraction of the National Action Party (PAN) in the Senate yesterday began its plenary meeting prior to the next session with a call from its national leader, Marko Cortés, to continue promoting the judicial battle to stop the electoral reform of President Andrés Manuel López Workshop.

During the inauguration of the conclave, which takes place in Guanajuato, Cortés explained that there are three appeals before the Supreme Court against the first two laws of the so-called plan B already promulgated: a constitutional controversy presented by him as president of the party, two actions of unconstitutionality, by PAN deputies and senators, along with the opposition in both chambers, and promotes one more.
