The census will include the total amount, how many are legally and illegally. A census of electrical installations will also be carried out, to know the clandestine connections. A cadastral census will be carried out to know the exact dimension of the places.
“It will be a total census that will be done after 1985,” he said.
When asked about the guarantees that this census will be reliable, he replied that they will do it with the control of several addresses. It is not only carried out by inspectors and collectors, but also by firefighters, SET and ANDE officials.
“The objective is for each permit holder to have their own meter,” he reported.
It should be remembered that there is a historical debt of the licensees of G. 1,800 million of around 1000. It is estimated that there is a total of 3,000 permit holders in the market.
