The new president of the National Bar Association (CNA), Maritza Cedeño, explained the photo that circulated where she is seen with former president Ricardo Martinelli, on election day and that caused many comments on social networks.
Cedeño explained that all the candidates who are also lawyers congratulated her for being the new president of the National Bar Association and being in a restaurant near the CNA, there she took the photo that spread like wildfire on social networks.
“Former President Martinelli’s lawyers were there and congratulated me, the man was there, he also congratulated me as other candidates congratulated me that day, such as Blandón, Roux, Toto Álvarez, who are still lawyers but are candidates, so I congratulated myself and thanked him, and he told me that he wanted to take a picture, and in Maritza Cedeño they will not find a rude woman, or anything like that and I said that of course, I have no problem with that, a Photography does not change Maritza Cedeño’s thinking or identity. I am a serious woman, with character, an upright and highly ethical woman, and that is what you will find in the National Bar Association,” Cedeño explained.
