The leader of Morena said this Monday that when the president announced that it could be the last mobilization of his political life, he spoke with him and told him that a little less than two years after the end of his six-year term, there is time to call at least two more marches. .
The other proposal would be for next year, but this will depend on the start of the 2024 electoral process.
“For the celebration of the five years, but that will depend on the date that the electoral process begins on the 24th, it normally started in September but now it will start in December, if it gives us the dates it could be,” he said.
In his press conference this Monday, the president said that it is still not clear if it will be the last march, since he does not know what fate has in store for him, but he did clarify that when he leaves the presidency of the Republic he will not call for any other act public.
“As a former president, not like that, categorically. I retire at the end of my assignment, my term at the end of September 24 and I retire and I will not participate in any public, political, or even social activity again, ”he said in the Treasury room.
