Bogotá.- The President of the Republic, Mario Abdo Benítez, arrived in Cartagena de Indias this Friday for an official visit that will end on Sunday and in which he will meet with his Colombian counterpart, Iván Duque.
The Paraguayan president was received at the Rafael Núñez international airport by the Colombian Vice President and Foreign Minister, Marta Lucía Ramírez, and by the Commander of the Caribbean Naval Force, Vice Admiral Juan Ricardo Rozo Obregón.
COMMITMENT

Abdo Benítez arrived with the Paraguayan first lady, Silvana López; the Minister Executive Secretary for the Human Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Mariela Soledad Ramírez, and the Vice Minister of Economic Relations and Integration of the Foreign Ministry, Raúl Cano, among other officials.
AGREEMENT
The president will have private meetings and will attend a lunch offered by the Colombian president, while on Sunday he will meet with a group of businessmen from that country and later an extended meeting between the delegations of both governments is planned.
At the end of that meeting, an agreement will be signed to establish a bilateral mechanism for dialogue and cooperation on human rights, according to the official agenda.
Duque will decorate Abdo Benítez with the Order of Boyacá, in the Degree of Great Collar, the highest distinction in Colombia and which is granted exclusively to heads of state.
For his part, Abdo Benítez will present his counterpart with the Republic of Paraguay decoration in the Degree of Necklace Marshal Francisco Solano López, also the most important in his country. EFE
