Marijuana micromarketer in Huancavelica arrested for the third time

Huancavelica DIVINCRI police officers arrested Max HB (20) for the third time, and in flagrante delicto, for the alleged commission of the crime of micro-commercialization of drugs.

The intervened, known to his clients as “El Chato”, was intervened in the vicinity of the Lircay exit, walking towards the Santa Bárbara hill, where he had been carrying out his work of dubious legality, selling Cannabis Sativa (marijuana) at retail.

The policemen, who had been following his steps, carried out a personal search in which they seized a transparent plastic bag with marijuana and 15 ketes-type paper wrappers apparently containing Basic Cocaine Paste (PBC).

They also seized two cell phones, 280 soles in bills and 10.50 in coins.

The detainee and the seized were transferred to the facilities of the aforementioned specialized area so that they can continue with the proceedings and investigations, which are carried out in coordination with the First Corporate Criminal Prosecutor’s Office of Huancavelica.
