Lawyer María Fábrega refers to the call for today of the extraordinary session of the plenary session of the Supreme Court of Justice for the case of unconstitutionality of the candidacy of José Raúl Mulino.
I indicate that in the event that Mulino is elected and unconstitutionality is declared there would be nothing to interpret since article 2573 establishes the non-retroactivity of unconstitutionality rulings.
