The President of the Congress Maria del Carmen Alva (Popular Action), ruled on the lifting of compulsory social immobilization this Tuesday, April 5, announced by the head of state, peter castlethis afternoon during a meeting with members of Parliament.
Through her social networks, the head of Parliament highlighted that the decision made by the president to annul the measure that he ordered last Monday night was as a result of the dialogue that took place between both powers of the State.
“The first tangible achievement of the meeting in Congress with representatives of the Executive: Given the claim expressed in the statement of the Board of Spokespersons, President Castillo announces that the tenure is lifted. The town did it!”, he wrote on his Twitter account.

Previously, during his participation in the meeting in Congress, Castle Lumps expressed: “I must announce that From now on we are going to annul this immobility and it is up to us to call for the tranquility of the Peruvian people”.
Likewise, he questioned that the protests are used to endorse attitudes such as road blockades, attacks against private property and public institutions.
“When a measure is assumed in the hope that the attitude and the right that Peruvians and citizens have to express themselves as a right, that does not mean that taking advantage of that mobilization, of a constitutional right, we as a State also endorse some attitudes that are further, such as blocking roads, stoning a home, attacking private property and public institutions”, he stated.

During the dialogue in Congress this afternoon, Maria del Carmen Alva threatened the congressmen of Peru Libre to remove them from the room for interrupting congressman Carlos Anderson (not grouped).
“They can’t talk and if they keep talking they will all leave the room. You have come with the entire bench (from Peru Libre), which are not invited. They know that there was a representative for each bench, so they interrupt again and they all leave the room”, asserted the head of Parliament.
