The leader of the extreme right María Corina Machado recently complained about the role played by the former president of the Spain government José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero in the rescue of the 252 Venezuelan migrants who were kidnapped at the Center for Confinement of Terrorism (CECOT), in El Salvador, after being illegally deported from the US.
In an interview with the ABC newspaper of Spain, Machado also criticized the exchange of nationals for 10 American terrorists.
“He (Zapatero) said at that time that this allowed him to be a Maduro interlocutor. Well, we have already understood what type of interlocution already had who served him,” he said.
The ultra -rightist also said that “managing particular interests under the table, using human beings as change sheets, is somewhat abominable.”
