Let us remember that Marcell Ozuna was suspended by MLB for domestic violence. At that time, he was charged with aggravated assault strangulation, a felony that carries a minimum of one year and a maximum of 20 years in prison, and misdemeanor battery, family violence, records show.
During his initial appearance in Fulton County Magistrates Court, Ozuna was ordered to have no contact with his wife.
