The Sentencing Court sentenced Marabel, on November 2, 2020, to 40 years in prison.
“Here I cannot study well because the PCC put a price on my head. They are everywhere, that’s why I asked to be transferred to a prison where they are not. I have no problems with Clan Rotela, but I do have problems with the PCC,” said Marabel.
He even commented that recently, during a riot, they tried to kill him and he was saved by the prison authorities.

In contrast, he mentioned that he receives a lot of external support, mainly from his current partner and from the “fangirls” who have appeared since his time in prison. “I have many fans who send me clothes, money, shoes, food, everything. They ask me for a visit in return, they want to meet me, ”she specified and said that she even receives proposals from men.
“It may be that they are fascinated by men deprived of liberty, thugs or capable because they are fascinated by how I am, nothing more,” he said.
On the other hand, He reiterated that he only murdered one person, Mr. Julio Rojas, and that he was not the author of the death of the other members of the family. “The prosecutor was angry with me, I said that he wanted to kill me and that’s why I killed him. I wasn’t going to let him kill me either. I didn’t even realize that the other people were already dead”, she emphasized.
