The chief of staff, Juan Manzur, stressed that “investment in education generates inclusion” Y “It is a pillar for a federal Argentina”when inaugurating the works of restoration and enhancement of Early Childhood Spaces (EPI) in the Entre Ríos city of Paraná together with the Minister of Social Development, Juan Zabaleta, and the Governor of Entre Ríos, Gustavo Bordet.

“I see progress, infrastructure, works, inclusion, families that are going to have homes and work, boosting private activity based on infrastructure works within the framework of strategic planning,” Manzur stressed when inaugurating the works of the EPI “The Little Prince” , located at 2270 Soldier Mario Luna Street, Paraná.

In this context, the chief of staff assured at the event, which was also attended by the mayor of Paraná, Adán Bahl, that “there is not much history of works of such magnitude” and specified that national public policies allow “to generate inclusion, opportunities, and take care of the most vulnerable groups.

It also called for the development “the powers of the provinces, through industries and adding value” to regional products and said that “investment in education generates inclusion and is a pillar for a federal Argentina.”

Manzur, together with Zabaleta and Bordet, also visited the works at the Las Lomitas and San Pablo EPIs, which required an investment of 69 million pesos with national funds through the “Reinforcement of the National Plan for Early Childhood” program, and the works of 68 houses in the Illia neighborhood.

The Cabinet chief, in this framework, recalled the signing of the agreement with the National Ministry of Education so that state-run primary schools add one hour of classes daily, with a minimum of 25 hours per week.

“This measure implies that students will have 39 more days of classes between now and the end of the year, and if we project it to the next five or six years, they will have had one more year of classes,” he concluded.

The Minister of Social Development, for his part, remarked that the best national public policies may exist “but if there is no provincial and municipal accompaniment, it is very difficult.”

On the other hand, he mentioned that every day until the end of the year “spaces for early childhood and babies will be inaugurated” within the framework of a “very important” public policy, with a State taking care of families.

“These are difficult times, but the Government has policies of inclusion and rights to equalize and improve the quality of life of the people, with socio-urban integration works,” said Zabaleta.

Meanwhile, the Entre Ríos governor stressed that by the end of the year more than 60 kindergartens will be inaugurated, which allow access to knowledge but also recreational activities.

“That vulnerable neighborhoods can have the same conditions as in other places, is equalizing upwards, and for that we have an articulation between the municipality and the Nation as a whole that gives the result that positions us”said.

The provincial president specified that employment is also generated and “society’s problems are solved, with a comprehensive approach and a lot of work and effort to get ahead and improve the quality of life of citizens.”

In the act, in addition, an agreement was signed for the province to adhere to the “Unite Families” program, with which a new subsidy will be launched aimed at those extended families or affective referents who assume the care of girls and boys who should have to separate from its primary nucleus due to a violation of its rights, they pointed out from the Chief of Staff.
