The chief of staff, Juan Manzur, affirmed that “a very interesting perspective is opening up” for the industrialization of Argentina and the consequent increase in production and employment, when participating this Wednesday in the presentation of the investment plan of the home appliance company Lilianain the Santa Fe city of Rosario.
During the act, a certificate of eligibility was delivered for a credit from Banco Nación at a subsidized rate of $1,000 million that will allow the company to finance its investment plan for a total of $25.00 million to install new lines of electrical appliances and incorporate 350 workers.

Accompanied by the governor of Santa Fe, Omar Perotti; and the Minister of Productive Development, Matías Kulfas; The Chief of Staff stressed that “there are unacceptable levels of poverty for Argentina, and the only way to solve them is through investment and creating the conditions to generate more wealth.”

“There are many difficulties we have but there is the vocation and political decision to move forward. There are indicators that show it,” said the official, recalling that last year Argentina grew by more than 10% of its GDP, and exported for more of $75 billion.
For its part, Kulfas assured that “all the engines of the economy are turned on today and the commitment is that they continue acceleratinggenerating more work and better salaries to consolidate the positive circuit of greater consumption so that businessmen continue to invest”.
“This Argentine industry is overcoming the double crisis: that of the coronavirus as well as the crisis generated after 4 years of deindustrialization between 2015 and 2019,” said Kulfas, pointing out that in this recovery process “the industrialists who put their resources to invest and grow They take risks and hire people.
“This is the reactivation that we want hand in hand with Argentine production and work,” he said.
The announcement was made at a time when the manufacturing sector closed 2021 with a rise of more than 15% year-on-yearand that reached in December the best month of the last five years.

The industry grew 10.1% compared to 2020, 15.9% compared to 2019 and 17.6% compared to 2018. It was even slightly above 2017 and 2016, prior to the crisis that began in 2018
