Manuel Bartlett, general director of the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), said that the appointment of his successor, Emilia Calleja Alor, will guarantee the strengthening of the state-owned productive company.
Yesterday morning, Claudia Sheinbaum, Mexico’s virtual president-elect, announced that Calleja Alor will be the general director of the CFE during the next government.
“I sincerely congratulate engineer Emilia Calleja Alor on her appointment… Her career, solid experience, knowledge of the electrical sector and particularly of the CFE, are a guarantee to continue strengthening the great national company owned by Mexicans,” Bartlett posted through his X account (formerly Twitter).
