The Metropolitan Cathedral of Managua announced through social networks that its parking will be available from 4 in the afternoon for those attending the concert of the Colombian pop music group Morat, which will take place this coming Saturday, November 9, at the Soberanía Stadium. , formerly Dennis Martínez.
The initiative of the Catholic Church seeks to raise funds through this service for the expenses involved in maintaining the facilities and basic needs of the religious and nuns who serve in the Cathedral.
“Dear brothers, we notify all parishioners who are going to enjoy the Morat concert that we will have parking available on our premises so that they can store their vehicles and in this way support the projects of our mother temple.”
The Cathedral, which is also the headquarters of the Episcopal Conference of Nicaragua, does not report the amount or value of parking so it could be a voluntary fee. The church grounds are right in front of the new baseball stadium where at least five concerts have been held so far this year.
