Man who killed his wife and injured his sister was shot dead

A 34-year-old man, identified as Robert Antonio Pino Rosal, was killed during a confrontation with CICPC agents in the La Pastorita sector, Guatamare de El Pilar (Sucre), according to reports.

The subject was being sought because he is accused of having killed his wife Nohelis Coromoto Medina Campos (31), whom he attacked with a machete until causing her death last Sunday in Los Pozotes, Benítez municipality (El Pilar), Sucre.

The man arrived at the woman’s house, argued with her and in the middle of the confrontation the attack occurred. Idalia del Carmen Medina Campos (40), tried to save her sister Nohelis but the subject cut off her left hand. Other family members were also injured with the knife.
