The privative measure was for Féliz Núñez González, and ordered that he fulfill it in the Correction and Rehabilitation Center (CCR) View of the Valley of said locality.
The file indicates that the defendant was arrested in flagrante delicto, moments after he caused the death of his mother Luz María González Martínez de Núñez and wounded his brother Isidro Núñez González, who later died in a medical center in the area where received attention.
Mrs. González Martínez died from multiple stab wounds in different parts of her body, while her brother, with a previous health condition, received stab wounds to his upper and lower limbs that caused his death.
The incident occurred at a time when the accused and the deceased were at their residence, located in La Guamita, Loma de Jaya section of San Francisco de Macorís.
