The man who was denounced for abusing sexually of a 14-year-old adolescent, for four months in the municipality of Umala, department of La Paz, was sentenced by justice to 25 years in prison, sentence to serve in the San Pedro prison.
The 24-year-old assailant, identified as William CL., was found in full action by the victim’s grandmother, who went to her granddaughter’s house to visit her family, but caught the subject committing the harass.
The elderly woman alerted the authorities, who proceeded to arrest her and detain her in jail, while, after the oral trial, after one year and four months, justice finally handed down the sentence.
The departmental prosecutor of La Paz, William Alave Laura, indicated that in the oral trial hearing, the Public Ministry demonstrated with compelling evidence that William is the author of the crime of child rapegirl, boy or adolescent, committed against a 14-year-old adolescent, therefore, the First Court of Criminal Sentence, Party and Work of Sica Sica, dictated 25 years of presidency to serve in the San Pedro prison.
The Sica Sica prosecutor, Alfredo Wolff, indicated that on November 18, 2021, the attacker was apprehended, after the victim’s grandmother reported him. “Once the investigations began, it was learned that the defendant had gained the confidence of the adolescent and the repeatedly sexually assaulted times between the months of August and November 2021,” the prosecutor said.
