Authorities reported that a man was found dead after eleven midnight on saturdaypresenting a gunshot wound. The deceased was wearing a gun in the waist and he had at his side a motorcycle.
According to the Santo Domingo Oeste Regional Directorate of the National Policein command of General Eduardo A. Escalante Alcántarathe deceased was identified as Enrique Vladimir Mercedesof legal age, who presented a gunshot wound to the right dorsal region.
According to the authorities present at the scene, the deceased had a 9 mm caliber pistol with five capsuleswithout documents, and next to him a Bajaj Boxer 150 brand motorcycle, black coloralso without documentation.
Additionally, members of the Scientific Police they occupied a cellular phone and two 9 mm caliber caps on the scene.
He SDO regional director, General Escalante Alcántarapointed out that the Mercedes’ body was lifted and sent to the National Institute of Forensic Sciences (INACIF) for the corresponding legal purposes.
The incident is being investigated by members of the Homicide Investigations Departmentwho work for identify and arrest the alleged perpetrator(s).
