The Oral Criminal Court of Punta Arenas, in the Magallanes region, sentenced a man to 17 years in prison for the crimes of rape and child sexual abuse against his daughters. The events occurred between 2012 and 2018 in Puerto Natales.
The defendant was found guilty of touching his stepdaughter’s body with sexual connotations between the ages of 8 and 14, as well as sexually abusing and raping another of his daughters, who at that time was between 7 and 11 years old. The minor victim of the rape received a sexual attack with similar characteristics between 2016 and 2018.
