A man fell down Police Nationalon Sunday morning, after allegedly confronting the police officers who were following him in order to arrest him, after being accused of committing different acts criminals.
The incident occurred in the Los Maestros sector, municipality of Comfortprovince of San Pedro de Macoris.
The man was identified by authorities only as “El Capó and/o 42”, 37 years old, who died while receiving medical attention, at a local health center, due to wounds of weapon of fire.
He individual resided in the same municipality where the events occurred.
According to the report preliminary, “El Capo and/or 42”, was actively sought through the arrest warrants against him Nos. 97-2023, 973-2023, 01856-2024 and 530-2023 for the commission of different acts criminals; among these, illegal carrying of weapons firearmed robbery, vehicle theft and homicide, among others.
