In the last few hours, it has been announced the prosecution of a man who brutally attacked Dollara small pinscher dog, in the city of Ibagué.
The events, which occurred on March 2, have generated great indignation and consternation in the capital of Tolima.
According to the testimonies, The attack occurred when the dog innocently approached the attacker to sniff him.
