In a hearing of multiple requests, the Homicide and Femicide Section, represented by Yeny Samudio, requested control of apprehension, imputation of a charge for homicide and a precautionary measure of detention for a citizen, which was admitted by Judge Ruth Aizpú, considering that they considered sufficient evidence to be proven in this case.
The foregoing, due to an investigation by the Public Ministry for an event that occurred on August 29, 2021 on Fifth Street, the main road of Panama Viejo, in which a man lost his life.
The Public Ministry, through its auxiliary arms, carried out an exceptional search on June 9, 2022, in Santa Rita de Pacora, to arrest the citizen accused of this fact, after 9 months of ordering his arrest and not appear for the process.
