MP detains man for promoting hatred against state officials

He Public ministry (MP) reported this Saturday on the arrest of the citizen Víctor Noguera, who will be charged for the crimes of promoting or inciting hatred against senior state officials and pro-government sympathizers.

This was reported by the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saabon his Twitter social network account.

“This subject cowardly spread through his social networks, hitman messages promoting hostility and violence in the country outside the law: inciting the selective assassination of Venezuelan State personalities with bullets,” he said.

He added that Víctor Noguera, alias “El Conejo”, has 11 records of arrests for crimes such as: Robbery, Theft, Illegal drug trade, Incitement and induction to drug use, illegal possession of firearms, among other criminal offenses.

“Such a criminal is a repeat offender in the commission of crimes since the 90’s (over 30 years plaguing the community),” he emphasized.

Earlier, Saab announced the appointment of a team to “investigate and punish criminal acts of incitement to the selective assassination of State personalities.”
