Santiago.-Police agents attached to the Cibao Central Intelligence Regional Branch (DINTEL) and representatives of the Public Ministry, recovered a minor under 12 years of age, who was denounced as kidnapped by her father in this city.
The minor, whose identity cannot be revealed for legal reasons, was in a residence located on Calle Primera in the Ensanche Libertad, where her father, Yony Rafael Vásquez Marcelo, was arrested, who is serving house arrest for human trafficking.
In the recovery of the minor, members of the Preventive Police and the Swat team also participated.
As it turned out, the teenager had been kidnapped by Vásquez Marcelo, who, when investigated, said that she was with her sister Johanna Rodríguez.
The father of the minor is in the custody of the Public Ministry for the corresponding purposes.
