he noted during the forum Development with Wellbeing and Humanism, held in Pachuca, Hidalgo.
The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Public Education of Hidalgo and the Autonomous University of the state, as well as the National Technology of Mexico and other higher education institutions of the entity.
The federal official explained that in some countries a great push is given to science and technology without it being aimed at seeking the well-being of the population and combating poverty or marginalization.
He pointed out that in the case of the current government of Mexico, what is intended is that with the support of higher level educational institutions the perception of what the development of science and technology is. Of course we want development, more modern technologies and stop depending on those of other countries like now.

He highlighted that in this new policy of developing science and technology with humanism and social well-being, all citizens will be taken into account, mainly those sectors that have been excluded, such as indigenous communities.
In Tlaxcala, where the forum was also held with the attendance of more than 300 people at the Apizaco Arts Center, four work tables were developed with three transversal axes: Substantive equality and women’s rights; Public innovation for national technological development and Rights of indigenous and Afro-Mexican communities.
Governor Lorena Cuéllar Cisneros (Morena) and Griselda Martínez Vázquez, undersecretary of Territorial and Agrarian Planning, as well as members of the legal and expanded cabinet, of the 65th local Legislature, mayors, professional associations, universities and citizens in general attended.
