The magistrate of the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judicial Power (TEPJF) Indalfer Infante Gonzales proposes to return the registration to the Fuerza por México party, of the union leader Pedro Haces.

In its draft resolution, it considers the proposals to revoke the determination of the National Electoral Institute to be founded, considering that the health emergency and its effect on the registration process had an influence so that this party did not reach 3 percent of the vote in the elections.

For Fuerza por México the extraordinary situations were decisive, considering that only 202,952 votes were missing, considering the election of deputies with a relative majority, and 257 thousand 525 votes in that of deputations of proportional representation.

That party also argues that if it had had its registration in a timely manner, it could have been made known to the people during the 42 days in which it did not have it.
