“This Superior Chamber considers that the contested agreement should be revoked, given the grounds of the grievance on the improper justification and motivation of the determination when issuing the preventive measure.
“Given the merits of the grievances, since the existence of a preliminary analysis is not noted, of some infraction that justifies the imposition of the preventive measure, the appropriate thing is to revoke, as far as the actors, in the matter of controversy, the contested agreement”, adds the 19-page document.
In this sense, the precautionary measures would remain in force for Citlalli Hernández, general secretary of Morena, as well as for the governors Marina del Pilar Ávila, from Baja California, and Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla, from Michoacán.
