The President of the Republic Nicolás Maduro attended the government action to review the advances in the consolidation route of the community and popular government system, where he reviewed the rehabilitation of the popular office of the socialist commune “General Bartolomé Salom”, in Puerto Cabello, Carabobo state.
From that community, the president urged the popular power to continue building their spaces and strengthening political and communal power, thanks to the massive participation in popular consultations, especially the coming consultation of the youth that will be held on Sunday, July 27.
From the spaces of the Popular Office, the Head of State asked to “deliver all the political and economic power to the people, because that money that comes to the communities comes from the constitutional located”, so that through community projects, they are administered by the organized people.
“There is a model that is being born in Latin America, it is the model of popular democracy, of direct democracy; and Venezuela goes to the avant -garde of the construction of new democracy,” reflected the president.
He specified that “youth projects must be supported, for them, you have to vote this Sunday, July 27”.
To vote in choice 33 in 27 years
The Head of State recalled that this Sunday, July 27, election number 33 will be held in the 27 years of Bolivarian Revolution, which correspond to the elections of mayors and councilors.
In addition, that same day the first youth consultation will be held, who will choose their communal projects to strengthen the standard of communities.
“You vote freely, but vote,” said the president while asking for supporting youth projects.
“And it is also the youth project, we are all supporting young people in the community,” he said.
He ratified his proposal that the first 10 communal circuits with the greatest number of voters will have a double prize by the President of the Republic.
