Maduro warned that “La Sayona” is preparing to flee the country

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, warned this Saturday that the representative of the extreme right María Corina Machado “La Sayona” is also preparing to leave the country.

“The coward Edmundo González Urrutia fled, gave up, abandoned his own people (…) Now María Corina Machado is also preparing her escape,” he said.

From the state of La Guaira, during the celebration of the two-month victory for his re-election on July 28, the head of state reiterated: “I am warning you, they are cowards, they promote hatred, they seek group violence, but when they are alone they are cowards.”

“Every criminal is a coward, Edmundo came out of the skirts of “la sayona” to fall into the hands of the vampire,” he noted.

He rejected that González Urrutia had gone out in Spain offending the dignity and history of the Republic by waving a Venezuelan flag with seven stars. “It came out in Spain with a 7-star flag, offending the dignity and glorious history of the country. Traitor!”.

“Edmundo has surrounded himself with thieves, there in Spain. That is the truth (…) Those are the people who intended to lead the country,” he said.

On the other hand, the national leader stated that 60 days before the July 28 elections, the victory has been consolidated and “we are going to the social recovery plans, the right to happiness and joy in Venezuela, consolidating popular power.”

“We are moved by the idea of a great homeland (…) Miraculous times have arrived for Venezuela,” he added.

In this sense, he stated that the person who will be sworn in on January 10, 2025 will be Nicolás Maduro Moros, president re-elected by the Venezuelan people as mandated by the Constitution.

In this regard, he stressed that his swearing-in on January 10, 2025 will be with the people in the street. “The President – People Nicolás Maduro Moros is going to be sworn in with the people in the streets, in millions, as mandated by the Constitution,” which “is exhaustive,” he reiterated.

He repudiated the claims of Gonzáles Urrutia who now says that he will be sworn in on January 10, “Before whom is he going to be sworn in? Is the Congress of Spain going to swear him in?” asked President Maduro while pointing out that “they insist on deceiving their remaining sheep.”

Struggle

The first national leader denounced that Edmundo González wants to have the Citgo company, the gold in London and the bank accounts that have been kidnapped from the country, for more than 11 billion dollars, under his control. “He started the war with a knife (…) Now they are fighting over the loot,” he said.

“That man (González Urrutia) is taking away the money that Julio Borges and Juan Guaidó treasured. That is what the traitors of the Homeland are doing now,” he said.

Peace triumphed

Maduro affirmed that peace has triumphed in Venezuela. “It’s been two months and here we are, standing, in the street, with the victorious people, moving forward (…) we have consolidated peace, we are consolidating economic growth, social recovery plans, communal circuits, Popular Power,” to continue building the Homeland.”

He recalled that two months ago, fascist sectors “used the electoral campaign to arm violent groups and bring in criminals.”

“One of the states that suffered the most violent and criminal attack was La Guaira,” he said.

In this regard, Maduro ratified his call for national unity, work and peace, for the recovery and prosperity of Venezuela. “We Bolivarians, the Chavistas, have to be the most powerful block of social, political and spiritual forces that takes Venezuelan society towards its destiny.”

“The peace of Venezuela will not be disturbed by anything or anyone,” he stated.

International support

During his speech, President Maduro highlighted that the Chancellor of the Republic, Yván Gil, has met with delegates from more than one hundred countries, within the framework of the 79th period of sessions of the General Assembly of the United Nations Organization ( UN), to raise our voice in defense of Venezuela.

“I am moved because dozens of countries have expressed their support for the electoral victory of the people of Venezuela on July 28,” he said.
