In a television address, Maduro said that Venezuela is willing to supply fuel to prevent the global economic crisis from escalating.
“Venezuela is here and our oil and gas are in order to stabilize the world,” said the chavista boss in his speech.
The dictator recalled that the war in Ukraine has left the world without Russian oil. In that sense, he made it clear that Venezuela is the alternative.
“With the war in Ukraine and the gas and energy crisis, Venezuela plays a fundamental role. Now winter comes in the north. An oil and gas supply crisis, a crisis that can be tragic, ”she sentenced.
Maduro also stated his intention of a rapprochement between Washington and Caracas.
“How nice it would be if one day the wars, the persecutions, the blockades and the campaigns from the United States against Venezuela would cease. How nice it would be one day to have a respectful and high-ranking relationship with the United States government. I wish. And while that day arrives, here we are, the working class, here we are, the Bolivarians, the Chavistas, working to make our homeland a powerful homeland,” said the dictator.
In this regard, the president indicated that his regime is open to dialogue with the Joe Biden administration.
