He affirmed that delegations from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic and Uruguay will meet.
He recalled that in Venezuela the spokespersonship of the students of the Federation of Media Students in Venezuela (FVEEMP) has just been renewed, and has elected new representatives, where 442 spokespersons participated.

For her part, Grecia Colmenares, Youth Secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), stressed that Venezuela is in a new stage of transition to socialism and collective constructions.
