Maduro: Venezuela has been denouncing imperial aggression for 25 weeks

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, denounced that Venezuela spent 25 consecutive weeks facing and defeating a campaign of multiform aggression directed by the United States Government. The president highlighted the resistance capacity of the Venezuelan people and institutions in the face of what he described as a harassment strategy that ranges from psychological terrorism to forceful actions in international waters.

Through his official channels, the head of state repudiated the recent acts of piracy that have resulted in the theft of oil vessels. Maduro explained, through pedagogical material, the distinction between pirates and “privateers”, pointing out that the latter act under the contract and protection of an imperial State. In this context, he directly accused the US administration of using colonial methods to assault ships loaded with Venezuelan crude oil in the Caribbean region.

This complaint occurs just 24 hours after the Bolivarian Government, through an official communication led by Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez, alerted the international community about the hijacking of a private ship and the forced disappearance of its crew at the hands of US military forces. Rodríguez described the incident as a “serious act of piracy” inserted in the strategy of systematic aggression against the national economy.

Strength of the State against attacks

Despite the siege, President Maduro emphasized that the country has not only denounced these attacks, but has managed to neutralize them thanks to citizen resilience. The president assured that this stage of aggression has served to strengthen the structure of the State, declaring that the nation is ready for a “deep Revolution.”

«We are ready to accelerate the march! “Venezuela has shown that it can confront psychological terrorism and the theft of its resources without stopping,” said the head of state, projecting a scenario of political and social progress for the coming months.

The message concludes by reiterating that Venezuela will maintain its defense in international organizations in the face of what they consider a flagrant violation of Maritime Law and the Human Rights of the captured civilian sailors. The Executive maintains that the control of energy sovereignty will continue to be the central axis of resistance against external pressures, reaffirming that the country is prepared to successfully move towards a new stage of stability and independent development.
