Through a publication on his Telegram channel, the head of state hung a video where he highlights the brotherhood ties between both republics. «We moved today to the heart of South America, to the favorite daughter of the Liberator Simón Bolívar, to celebrate the Bicentennial of the Independence of Bolivia. The heroic land of Túpac Katari, Bartolina Sisa and Juana Azurduy de Padilla, was the scenario where 200 years ago and won great battles that laid their bases of their birth as a free nation.
The national president said in the name of the Venezuelan people all his affection and congratulations for commemorating the 200 years of the independence of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. “That the celebration of this bicentennial strengthens even more the brotherhood among our peoples and drives us to continue fighting for the big homeland, ratifying our independence and sovereignty every day.”

The sectoral vice presidents of the Executive Cabinet placed a floral offering before the sarcophagus of the Liberator Simón Bolívar, in Caracas, in commemoration of the 200 years of the Bolivia Foundation.

The president of the Venezuelan Parliament, Jorge Rodríguez, welcomed representatives of the Diplomatic Corps accredited in the country, to national authorities and special guests, and pointed out that today “we come to celebrate the American expression that came to fill with freedom and promote sovereign and democratic free nations.” At the same time, he recalled that Bolivia was the favorite daughter of Simón Bolívar.
