Maduro: The US seeks to impose a puppet government to steal the oil

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, emphasized that “the gringo empire is not right” and that what it seeks is a war to impose a puppet government and steal the oil, gas, and gold, which they will not be able to do thanks to the defense of the Venezuelan people. These statements were made during the Inauguration of the Dr. Julio Criollo Pediatric Hospital Rivas.

Regarding Operation 200, deployed in the states of La Guaira and Carabobo since early this Wednesday, he said that all the equipment was tested. “Everyone in an activated situation, protecting what needs to be protected and taking out what needs to be taken out and aiming what needs to be aimed,” he said.

He explained that the Comprehensive Defense Zones will be activated in a surprising way, for the defense of peace and protection of the Venezuelan people.

He reiterated that Venezuela is a town of peace, which “is earned; If you want peace, prepare to defend it, exercise it and guarantee it,” he said.

Maduro stressed that the slogan is very clear: “let’s win peace, defend life, exercising sovereignty.”

«We do not mess with anyone, but we are increasingly prepared to defend the sacred soil of Venezuela, the gringo empire is not right (…) what they want is a war in the Caribbean and South America, for a regime change, to impose a puppet government and steal the oil, gas, gold. But we have news for the North American empire; That oil, that gas, that gold, this land and this people will continue to belong to the Venezuelans. “We will never allow our homeland to be violated! It is an entire country, it is not a man, it is a people, a historical project,” he stated.
