Maduro: The right failed in Miami

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, thanked protesters in 106 cities around the world for their support for the Bolivarian revolution, who promoted the #HandsOffVenezuela campaign, while highlighting the failure of the extreme right that called for mass demonstrations in the American city of Miami.

“These demonstrations were not called by Lele Pons or George Harris. Lele Pons and George Harris called them and they failed in Venezuela, they failed in the world and they even failed in Miami. I expected that they would call more people to Miami. About 300 thousand Venezuelans have lived there for many years… and they put 2 thousand people in an amphitheater? People who say they have 100 million followers. It really was a failure,” said the head of state.

He questioned the use of bots on social media to attack people and institutions in Venezuela. “The bot war has one goal: to make you feel rejected, attacked, to make you feel alone, to make you afraid of not having social recognition or rejection. And it has another goal: to fill the mind of some madman with hate so that one day you walk down the street and they attack you verbally or physically,” he warned.

Only the US can stop Machado’s violence

According to Maduro, only Washington can stop the violence generated by the fascist plans of María Corina Machado, leader of the extremist party Vente Venezuela, against the stability of the country.

“The only one who can stop fascist Maria is the United States,” she said, calling attention to the increasingly aggressive behavior of those who participate in this totalitarian system.

The president also said that the demonstrations in support of the Bolivarian revolution in 106 cities around the world arose from popular movements that have nothing to do with power factors, but rather from the firm will of the people to raise their voices against fascism.
