The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, affirmed this Saturday that the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) once again defeated perfidy, division, conspiracy and imperialism.
This was stated by the Head of State in the salutation ceremony for the FANB at the Ayacucho Monument, in Fuerte Tiuna, Caracas, stated that it is important to consolidate coherence between thought, word, speech, action and result: we have our own military thought together with a Venezuelan military doctrine written by Commander Hugo Chávez himself.
The commander in chief of the FANB indicated that this year 33 in-depth strategic operations were carried out in the territory of Venezuela, and 189 operational tactical deployments where the entire structure of the FANB has participated, accompanied by the combatants of the Bolivarian National Militia. “We can say: Victory in the territory.”
Likewise, President Maduro recognized the work of the FANB in the fight against criminal gangs and drug traffickers who come from Colombia, a daily fight.
In this regard, he highlighted the work of the officers of the Bolivarian Military Aviation, who detected a drug trafficking incursion in the northwest of the coast of the state of Falcón.
He indicated that, in record time and with strict adherence to the law and the Constitution, action was taken and said incursion was neutralized.
The head of state also valued the fight against illegal mining, destructive of parks, as well as the fight against criminal groups, such as the Tren de Aragua, the Tren de los Llanos, imperial instruments, financed and armed by the empire and the right. fascist, to try to take territorial control of vital states. He highlighted permanent patrolling to take care of strategic, vital objectives of the country, and protect our homeland from all threats.
In this sense, Maduro presented decorations to officers for their outstanding work in conducting military operations aimed at guaranteeing the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the nation.
The president, who highlighted the work carried out by FANB officers to protect the Homeland from threats, snares and dangers, indicated “I feel greatly proud of the role that the military has played in the brave defense of the Homeland.”
He stressed that the FANB has its own military thought and doctrine, but “I insist more and more on leadership by example, on the morale of all officers and military leaders, from the highest command to the most modest military units in the country.”
Ayacucho Plan
The Head of State urged the FANB to develop the Ayacucho Plan for the period 2025-2030.
“We have to guarantee with creativity, with initiative and with great pride that the FANB develops, step by step, the Ayacucho Plan that is part of the 7T Plan, which “will be received by the National Assembly on January 10 so that it can be transformed in Organic Law of the Republic to continue progress on all battle fronts.”

In this regard, he commented on the importance of having a plan. “They know very well the importance of having a strategy, a plan and the importance of advancing firmly simultaneously on all battle fronts towards the great national objective: conquering times of prosperity, development and maximum social happiness, with their own efforts.” .
Operation Bolivarian Shield
He congratulated the FANB for the Bolivarian Shield operation, which is active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to consolidate territorial and national peace.
In this sense, he explained that the Bolivarian Shield operation went from local exercises to permanent surveillance operations, “because Venezuela has very perverse and evil enemies, not only in the north, virulent, imperial and perverse, but the worst thing is that there are horses of Troy that add to the intrigue and the sowing of hatred and division of fascism, widely defeated during 25 years of revolution, but which persists as a threat,” he asserted.
Likewise, – he said – the fight against illegal mining continued, criminal groups such as Tren de los Llanos and Tren de Aragua, “which are instruments financed and armed by the US empire and the fascist right to try to take territorial control in areas of the country.”
He also said that on Friday the Military Aviation detected a drug trafficking incursion along the coast of the state of Falcón and, acting in accordance with the law, the aircraft was neutralized.
