Maduro thanks his Nigerian counterpart for supporting the triumph of truth

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, thanked his Nigerian counterpart, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for the support expressed in a letter, following the popular electoral victory of July 28.

“From Venezuela I thank Bola Ahmed Tinubu, His Excellency President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, for the words of solidarity and support for the triumph of truth and the victory of our country,” the head of state said Tuesday night in a message he published on his social networks. social networks.

“Rest assured that in brotherhood and with respect, the shared map of cooperation will be strengthened for the well-being and development of our nations,” Maduro added.

His words of gratitude are accompanied by the letter sent by Bola Ahmed Tinubu in English and one translated into Spanish, in which he expressed his congratulations to the Maduro Government and the Venezuelan people for “the re-election of His Excellency as President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.”

“Your re-election reflects your dedication to leadership and your commitment to serving the Venezuelan people, particularly during a period of significant challenges. This demonstrates the trust placed in you to continue to guide your nation forward,” he said in the letter.
