Maduro President: We are going forward as a country

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Madurosaid Wednesday that “we are going forward as a country” and highlighted the importance of the role played by the Federal Government Council in this process.

Through their Social Network Accountsthe Head of State said that the Federal Government Council must be the institution that “more integrates all the instances of the true democratic power of Venezuela.”

“We are going forward as a country. Step by step! ”He emphasized. The president’s message was accompanied with a video of the first plenary of the Federal Government Council 2025 held on Tuesday.

“The effort that from the Federal Government Council has been made in the last six years, we could write the political, economic and social history of Venezuela of this time we are living, because we spend years of hard threats, of constant aggressions,” recalled.

President Maduro recalled that the country has seen “economic aggressions, missiles to fall as sanctions over the entire social and economic body of the Republic.”

“With the favor of God and the wisdom of this Constitution, we knew how to fix the accounts, maintain the march, resist fiercely and get ahead as we are going on as a country,” he said.

The president said they are ready to continue the march towards the years and decades to come with a Venezuela that must be strengthened in their democracy and in their economy.
