The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, highlighted the Government’s seventh strategic line of action, focused on the consolidation of the National Defense System and the construction of the comprehensive Power of the Nation.
The head of State underlined the vital role of the Bolivarian National Armed Force in this task, highlighting that it is consolidating the Nation’s Defensive System in a professional, scientific manner, with high combative morale and imperturbable serenity, exercising National Sovereignty and guaranteeing the security of the entire Homeland.
The President emphasized that the perfect popular, military and police fusion is in full development, and although this year the goals in Citizen Security, National Sovereignty and military defense capacity were exceeded, “there is still a long way to go because we are building the Power of the Venezuelan Nation.” The president commented.
Also, he called not to forget the construction of the Comprehensive Power of the Nation, which includes the social, political, military, police, spiritual, constitutional and public components.
