The dignitary said that these premises for the well -being of the peoples must be accompanied by the construction of a model that corresponds “with our history, identity and the right to peace is respected, to the future”, depending on whether “they end conspiracies, to destabilize Venezuelan society. ”

The president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, held on Wednesday a telephone conversation with his American counterpart, Donald Trump, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
