He stressed that this massive activation of the quadrants is executed under the strategic principle of the Popular-Militar-Policial Union. This indissoluble alliance between the organized people and the State Security Bodies reaches a new expansion phase, with a significant leap that passes from the 146 quadrants of the first stage to the 299 that are now deployed in the communal circuits of Caracas.
The president detailed the integral logistics effort that guarantees the effective functioning of this social protection device. This effort includes the provision of latest technology communication equipment, motor vehicles, constant patrolling and immediate response systems to neutralize any eventuality that tries to alter the tranquility of the people.
This expansion represents a victory of the Bolivarian National Security Model, which prioritizes the defense of the territory from the communal root and consolidates Venezuela as a territory of peace, free of foreign interference and firm in its path to socialism.
For his part, the Minister for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted the security levels that the entire country exhibits today, is the product of the policy promoted by the Bolivarian Government, strengthened in recent years with the popular-military-political fusion.

He highlighted the electoral triumph of the revolutionary forces as a sample of the will of the Venezuelan people.
