Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro denounced that US imperialism is using fascism as a “spearhead” to colonize South America again.
The Venezuelan head of state stressed this Monday during his multiplatform program Con Maduro + that “the spearhead of the new colonialism is fascism” and argued that the two heads of this extremist ideology on the continent are the presidents of Ecuador and Argentina, Daniel Noboa and Javier Milei, respectively.
“Milei has already handed over a vast territory in the South Atlantic to the Southern Command (of the United States). They are building military bases in Argentina,” he denounced and said that the Ecuadorian ruler “growls, kneels to the geopolitical interests” of American imperialism.
“The aim of imperialism is to guarantee its vital space. It is the same concept as Hitler’s in ‘My Struggle’,” he complained.
Maduro added that the plan of governments allied to Washington is to impose, with the power of social networks, submissive governments that are absolutely subservient to the interests of the United States. “It is a new colonialism,” he said.

“If the Milei, the Noboa and the Machado families were to take political power in Venezuela, through a puppet, they would seek to turn Venezuela into the new US colony; an oil, economic and military colony,” warned the nation’s president.

“Who is in charge in Washington? Who says what should be done? Who authorizes the war against Russia and NATO? Who authorizes the terrorist war against Venezuela? Who authorizes the power of fascism in Venezuela?” the head of state asked when asked by journalists about the war that NATO is waging against Russia in Ukraine.
“Fortunately, there are very calm, very strong people like President Vladimir Putin who have control of the situation,” Maduro said, adding that he has no doubt that Moscow will put an end to the outbreaks of Nazism in Ukraine and that peace will prevail in the Slavic region sooner rather than later.
