The Head of State urged the Cuban delegation to establish joint action plans between the Communist Party of Cuba and the Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), where aspects of the new leaderships are addressed to face the imperial attack.

He said that the Cuban delegation has “a brilliant history of articulation of the forces of Latin America and the Caribbean, for what was called and is called the second final independence of our continent.”

They were present members of the National Directive of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) and its youth, including figures such as Greece Colmenares, Eduardo Piñate, Pedro Infante, Nicolás Maduro Guerra, Tania Díaz and Rander Peña.

The Cuban delegation is headed by Dr. Roberto Morales Ojeda, a member of the Political Bureau and Secretary of Organization of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC), is in the country from 17 and until September 21.
