President Nicolás Maduro assured, this Monday, October 7, that the UN institutions are “under the rubble,” this in reference to the Israeli offensive in the Gaza Strip. “The most horrific war of extermination known since the time of Adolf Hitler,” he said.
During his program with Maduro +, the president pointed out that it is very regrettable that, in one year, international law and the United Nations were left under the rubble. “The International Court of Justice showed whoever responds, responds to the powers of the West, could have stopped the massacre, the genocide, and they couldn’t, they didn’t want to,” he said.
In that sense, he criticized that, on the other hand, the Inter-American Court of Justice (CJI), in his opinion, “is very diligent” when it comes to issues such as Guayana Esequiba. “It acts against the interests of a sovereign country,” he indicated.
Maduro urged an end to the war between Israel and Gaza and described it as “insane.” “It is a war of extermination against the Palestinian Arab people, and it is a war that had been years in the making. “It is an insane war of aggression and extermination against the peoples of the so-called Middle East,” he said.
Against the “connected”
The president described the “connected” as “corrupt and degenerate.” He assured that the country has two enemies to defeat; the conspiracy and the “plugged in”.
In this sense, he described the “plugged in” as corrupt and degenerate. “They have taken advantage of the power that the revolution has given them, to benefit personally, to betray the people.”
Maduro assured that it is a “battle that he does not abandon,” and that he is committed to the fight against the infiltrators, against corruption, the plugged-ins. “I have received stab wounds in the back, but they have healed. They were people who were close to me and I gave them all the trust.”
